Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping at Subtle! We are committed to delivering our menswear essentials to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email once your order has been handed over to our courier partner.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer nationwide shipping across the Philippines. Delivery lead times depend on your location:

Note: Free shipping is available for all orders worth over ₱1,000.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a Tracking Number and a link to the courier’s portal. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Same-Day Delivery (Metro Manila Only)
Need your pieces immediately? Contact us on social media. We offer same-day delivery via Grab/Lalamove for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
- Cost: Paid by the customer upon delivery.
- Availability: Monday to Friday only.
5. Delivery Failures
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically attempt redelivery 1–2 more times. Orders returned as "failed delivery" can be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Please ensure your contact number is active.
6. Limitations & Delays
Delays may occur during severe weather conditions (Typhoons), peak sale seasons (11.11, 12.12), or for remote island destinations.
